♡ Agreement ♡
1. The Artist (CryPunPun) reserves the right to deny any commission. They also retain the right to cancel any order that hasn't been started yet.2. 50% of the payment is due before beginning the commission and the remaining balance must be paid after the sketch is approved.3. If the Artist (CryPunPun) decides to cancel after the first payment has been received, it will be fully refunded to the Client.4. The Client has the right to cancel and receive a full refund as long as the artwork has not yet been started. If started, the Artist has the right to keep the initial payment.5. The Artist (CryPunPun) has 1-2 weeks to complete the commission. In case of any delay, the Artist (CryPunPun) will contact the Client.6. There will be two revisions for each commission. The first being after the sketch and the second one after the art is completed.7. Hand-painted shaded drawings will have an extra revision after the initial black and white shading is finished.8. Only the Artist (CryPunPun) and the Client are allowed to post the finished, signed, art unless given permission by the Artist.9. The Artist (CryPunPun) is the owner of all copyright and rights of the artwork. No reselling, tracing or distributing unless discussed with Artist (CryPunPun).10. By commissioning the Artist, (CryPunPun) you are acknowledging and accepting these terms and conditions.
